Eligibility to Use

Age Requirement: 18+ Years

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and capable of entering, performing and adhering to these terms. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize/browse the Lee Nice⁺ Platform, they shall do so only with the involvement, guidance and supervision of their parents and/or legal guardians, under such parent/legal guardian's registered account.

Lee Nice⁺ reserves the right to terminate User's access and refuse to provide User with access to the Lee Nice⁺ Platform if Lee Nice⁺ discovers that User is under the age of 18 years.

  • • Log out after each session
  • • Report unauthorized access

Account Security

  • • You're liable for all account activities
  • • Notify us of security breaches
  • • Update details if changing mobile number
  • • No sharing of account information

Lee Nice⁺ makes the Services available to you through the Lee Nice⁺ Platform upon you providing certain required User information and having created an account through Lee Nice⁺ ID and password.

Lee Nice⁺ is primarily responsible for providing a comfortable room stay and ensuring the acceptability of the services as promised to its customers.

Payment & Booking Terms

Important Security Notice

To prevent unauthorized access to your confidential information, do not use/access our platform from unsecured computers, communication links, mobile phones, or locations such as Internet cafes or cybercafes.

Booking Process Guidelines:

  • Check service description and price carefully before booking
  • Ensure you're fully satisfied with price, description, and displayed information
  • By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Check-in Policies

Age & ID Requirements

  • • Primary guest must be 18+ years old
  • • Valid photo ID required (Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport)
  • • All guests must present identification

Check-in Time

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon)

Special Policies

  • • Unmarried couples may face restrictions at some partner hotels
  • • Proof of relationship may be required
  • • Local regulations may apply

Liability & Damage Policies

Guest Responsibilities

  • • Take care of personal valuables and belongings
  • • Liable for any damage to hotel property
  • • Refundable security deposit may be required
  • • No tampering with safety equipment

Lee Nice⁺ Limitations

  • • Not responsible for loss/theft of personal items
  • • Limited liability for natural disasters, terrorism
  • • May charge for damages or missing items
  • • Platform errors and omissions disclaimer

Refund Policy

If you wish to claim a refund, you have an option to raise the request within 7 days from your checkout date. Mid-stay cancellations may result in charges for the remaining nights.
